Blackpool Pleasure Beach soon to reopen for 2022 season

Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is one of the most popular attractions in the north of England and thrill-seekers are looking forward to its reopening for the new season.

It’s almost time for the thrills to begin at the famous Pleasure Beach and here’s all you need to know ahead of its reopening in a little over two weeks time.

The theme park opens its doors for the 2022 season on Saturday 12th February and it will then remain open each Saturday and Sunday throughout February and March before it throws its doors open each day at the start of April.

Prices for the Pleasure Beach represent excellent value with Saturday junior tickets available for just £35 (11 years and under) and Saturday adult tickets up for grabs at just £39 (12 years and above). On Sundays the prices are even cheaper at £30 for juniors and £36 for adults. These are pre-booked prices and they are cheaper than those purchased on the day of visiting.

When does the Pleasure Beach close?

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is open from 11am to 5pm each day throughout the season.

How do I get to the Pleasure Beach?

Blackpool’s Pleasure Beach is very easy to find. When travelling by car to Blackpool from the north or the south, exit the M6 at Junction 32 and follow the M55 towards Blackpool. Once at the end of the motorway, follow signs for Blackpool, South Shore and Blackpool Airport, then follow the brown signage for the Pleasure Beach. There are also regular train services from Blackpool and Preston to Blackpool Pleasure Beach station.

Is there car parking at the Pleasure Beach?

Aside from street parking which is readily available, it is recommended that you use one of the three car parks close to the pleasure beach. These are:

Main Car Park, North Entrance, Balmoral Road. FY4 1HR

West Car Park, Ocean Boulevard. FY4 1PL

East Car Park, Bond Street, FY4 1BW
