Extended hours for Blackpool Pleasure Beach on Bank Holiday Weekend

Visitors to Blackpool Pleasure Beach (Pleasure Beach Resort) this weekend will have much longer to enjoy the rides thanks to extended opening hours.

Extra time to enjoy all the rides

If your Bank Holiday weekend plans include a visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, then you’re certainly in for a treat as all thrill-seekers are being given extra time to enjoy all the rides. The second Twilight Thrills event of 2024 gets underway on Saturday, 25th May with all visitors to the Pleasure Beach able to enjoy a full eleven hours of rides, right up to 9pm.

Big party planned for the day

Not only is there an opportunity to enjoy the rides for longer, there’s also a big party planned for the day with a full programme of entertainment alongside the extended opening hours. From 4pm there will be characters from Nickelodeon making an appearance, while there will also be Bubbleologists creating massive bubbles in pop-up displays throughout the park. A spectacular fountain show will thrill visitors every 30 minutes while other entertainment includes live musicians, dancers and a DJ in the FY4 area.

More Twilight Thrills for 2024

This isn’t the final Twilight Thrills event of the year as more are set to take place on Saturday, 10th August and Saturday, 21st September. There will be different themed entertainment for each event. Late Night Riding will be available on 6th July, 3rd August and 24th August with rides remaining open right through to duck and firework displays getting underway at 10pm.
