Blackpool Illuminations Tram Tour tickets to go on sale this month
Blackpool Illuminations return in just five months’ time and you can be amongst the first to snap up tickets for the hugely popular Illumination Tours which take place on the heritage trams from September right through to the end of December.
2024 Blackpool Illuminations
The 2024 Heritage Tram season is almost here and you have a chance to view the 2024 Blackpool Illuminations from the best seats in the house on one of the iconic Blackpool Trams. You can choose from HMS Blackpool (shaped like a boat) or the popular Western Train, while there is also a fleet of streamlined double decker trams operating for the duration of the illuminations.
Stunning Light Displays
The great news is that tickets for the 2024 Blackpool Illuminations Tram Tours go on sale on 26th April. Book quickly to ensure that you get the very best view of the stunning light displays along six miles of Blackpool’s famous seafront. The tours start at the tram stop at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and continue past all three piers all the way to Little Bispham. You can disembark at North Pier/Tower, Cabin and Little Bispham stops should you wish to view any of the illuminations close up.
Tickets sell extremely quickly
As a rule, each illumination tour lasts approximately one hour and tickets for last year’s event sold extremely quickly. As such, you need to be quick off the mark when the tickets go on sale on 26th April. Throughout October, the Illumination Tours run every day throughout the week, while in September, November and December they run on Wednesday to Sunday evenings.
