Date announced for Fleetwood Colour Run 2024

Fleetwood Colour Run will take place on the beach at Fleetwood on Sunday, 12th May 2024. Open to all ages, this promises to be a fun-filled event for all the family.

All the colours of the rainbow

Fleetwood Colour Run will take place next month, an event which will see runners of all ages taking part in a run along the beach through seven powdered paint stations which will see participants finish in each of the colours of the rainbow. Another related event, the Blackpool Colour Run, takes place every summer at Starr Gate and raises funds for Trinity Hospice.

Open to all ages

The Fleetwood Colour Run will take place on the beach near the Marine Hall at 11am on Sunday, 12th May and it is open to all ages. The 2023 event was a massive success with an impressive number of runners and there’s no need to register for the run, simply turn up on the day and enjoy some great fun for all the family.

Funds to be donated to charity

All funds raised by the event will go to the local cancer support and further details will be provided closer to the event. The 2024 Fleetwood Colour Run will take place in memory of a much-missed member of the local community, Lisa Birtwistle, a social prescriber from the town.
